“RAMADAN” A BLESSING FOR ALL MUSLIMS:

Allah Almighty has bestowed us with a great blessing in term of “RAMADAN” so that we can get more closer to Him. How beautiful this feeling is that we are remembering Allah and Allah is also remembering us.

He takes our queries in consideration. We worship Allah so that Allah also shows mercy upon us. Ramadan is a source of getting Allah’s attention towards us.

TO-DO-LIST OF RAMADAN:

Write down routine hours and fast timings of ramadan
Write the sequence of actions; tahajudd, ishraak, chaasht, avabeen, Salat-ul-tasbeeh
Take strickt notice of these timings in first 20 days of ramadan 1. tahajudd to ishraak 2. assar to maghrib
Spend last ten days in aitKaf
Make a list of: your prayers; your needs(worldly and religiously); your sins(for the sake of forgiveness)
Follow this sequence in prayers: moral deeds (betterment/ lackings/ laziness); good ethics; worldly wishes.

HOW DOES OUR BODY REACT DURING FASTING:

1ST TWO DAYS OF FASTING – body sugar level falls; heart beat get slower; BP falls; feeling of weakness because of glycogen; headache and smell in mouth
in result of cleaning of poisonous substances

3rd to 7th days of fasting – body fat breaks down; body begins to habitual of hunger; stomach gets a break that is badly needed for our digestive system force defence of
body begins to increase; the repair system of body works more efficiently

8th to 15th days of fasting – feeling more energized; mental peace; body begins to eat its old dead cells and cancerous cells(for which chemotherapy is used); muscle fatigue increases

16th to 30th days of fasting – body is completely ceaseless towards hunger and thirst; feeling active and fresh; the tounge gets clean and red as well; breathing also improves;
body is cleaned and purified internally as well as spirtually; body starts performing its funtions more actively; brain and memory become sharp

SOME IMPORTANT FACTS:

avoid makeup – use only halal makeup producs – avoid lip colors and lipsticks especially
say your prayers on time with ease. donot be hurry.

respect your parents and elders as much as you can
be a good host towards your guests. donot backbite about them when they leave.

do charity as much as you can and be humble towards poor.

read HolY qURAN frequently and donot boycott your relatives
as you are bearing hunger and thirsty for the sake of Allah so try to refrain from bad habits and abusing others.

help others for the sake of Allah (without personal consent)
avoid addiction of social media.

TO REDEVELOPE CONNECTION WITH ALLAH – get more closer to Allah

TO REPROGRAMM FAITH in ALLAH – which has been lost in past

TO LEARN SELF CONTROL – become a better Muslim

TTO REBUILD CHARACTER – by the help of Allah

TO MAKE BROTHERHOOD – with muslims

TO DO CHARITY – For the sake of Allah

THE PERFECT TIME-TABLE FOR RAMADAN:

RAMADAN is all about awakening for tahajudd, practice for eating less and making relation with HOLY QURAN. Its a month of hardwork.

RAMADAN OF CHILDREN:

RAMADAN of children older than seven years – make them offer their prayers with you; make them sit with you in sehar and aftar; make them habitual of fasting gradually; increase
their number of fasts every year; make them read Holy Quran on daily basis; make a habit of dua before aftar; make them respectable and let them learn the table manners of aftar by asking them to
help you; ask them to serve dates on aftar time; make them habitual of worshiping Allah in day and especially in late night; do charity with children hands.

QUICK RAMADAN REMINDERS:

1.LUSTRATION/TAHARAT(طہارت) – DO ABLUTION(وضو) AS MUCH AS YOU CAN; DO MISVAAK(a teeth cleaning twig made from the Salvadora persica tree) frequently

2.Donot drop your fast without a legal excuse

3.PRAYER – Say your prayers on time with all wajibaat and sunnah; also try to offer ishraak, chaasht and salat-ul-tasbeeh

4.HOLY QURAN – recite and listen Quran; read translation and explanation of Verses; learn short Surahs of Quran

5.REMEMBRANCE OF ALLAH(ذکر الہی) –
سبحان اللہ,الحمداللہ,الله أكبر
لاالہ الااللہ
سبحان الله وبحمده سبحان الله العظيم
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
أَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ الَّذِي لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ وَ أَتُوبُ إِلَيْهِ

6.prays of day and night from Quran & hadees

7.itiqaf(devoting oneself to ibadah during last ten days or last three days of RAMADAN and staying away from worldly affair)

8.infaq(spending to please Allah without asking for favour) – zakaat and charity; do remember that zakat is next in importance after salat(prayer)

9.bad deeds – slandering(غیبت), backbiting, falsehood, abusing, cursing, quarelling, talking shamelessly, extravagance, fraud, betrayel.

10.good deeds – hospitality, sympathy, teaching, learning

11.avoid – getting more sleep; talking more

12.Night of Decree(Shab-e-Qadr/Laylatul Qadr) – nafl, recitation, rememberance of Allah, tasbeeh, istagfaar and “اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي”
